The reality, however, is that the local Muslim Uighurs, a Turkic race who make up almost80 per cent of the city’s population,were too terrified of police reprisals to even whisper about Monday’s bomb attack. အိ္မ္ျဖဴေတာ္ႏိုင္ငံျခားေရးဌာနႏွင့္ သမၼတေလာင္းအျဖစ္ ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲ၀င္မည့္သူ အားလံုးက အီရန္၏စမ္းသပ္မႈမ်ားအား ရန္စမႈအျဖစ္ ႐ံႈခ်လိုက္ၾကၿပီး အီရန္သည္ ၿခိမ္းေျခာက္မႈတစ္ရပ္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားခဲ့သည္။ အီရန္၏ ဒံုးပ်ံစမ္းသပ္မႈအား ႐ံႈခ်၍ အစၥေရး၏ “ Turning point” ဟူ၍ လ်ိဳ႕၀ွက္အမည္ေပးခဲ့ေသာ အီရန္ျမိဳ႕ၾကီးမ်ားကို တိုက္ခိုက္သည့္ပံုစံ ငါးရက္ၾကာစစ္ေရးေလ့က်င့္မႈအား ေထာက္ခံမႈမွာ သီလပ်က္ေၾကာင္သူေတာ္တို႔၏ လုပ္ရပ္သာျဖစ္ေပသည္။ အစၥေရးက ေျမထဲပင္လယ္ေပၚတြင္ စစ္ကစားမႈမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ေနခိုက္ ၄င္းတို႕၏ေဒါသမ်ားဘယ္ေရာက္ေနခဲ့သနည္း။ ဘုရွ္အစိုးရသည္ အစၥေရး၏ စစ္ကစားမႈကို ထုတ္ေဖာ္ေ၀ဖန္ျခင္းမရိွဘဲ အလားတူျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ေသာ အီရန္အေပၚ ႐ႈတ္ခ်ျခင္းမွာ သီလပ်က္ ေၾကာင္သူေတာ္တို႕၏ လုပ္ရပ္ပင္ ျဖစ္သည္။ အီရန္ႏိုင္ငံအား ေရြးခ်ယ္႐ႈတ္ခ်ျခင္းမွာ ရွက္ဖြယ္ျဖစ္သည္။ စာနယ္ဇင္းတို႔မွ အယ္ဒီတာအေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားကလည္း ေဖာ္ျပရန္ ပ်က္ကြက္ခဲ့ၾကသည္မွာ အလြန္အံၾသဖြယ္ေကာင္းသည္။ မည္သည့္အေၾကာင္းမ်ားေၾကာင့္ အီရန္ငံက ႏ်ဴကလီးယား လက္နက္မ်ားကို အလိုရိွေနသည္ဟု စြပ္စြဲခဲ့ၾကနည္း။ ကမၻာေျမပံုကို ၾကည္လွ်င္ ယုတၱိေဗဒဆန္ေသာ အေျဖကိုေတြ႔ရေပမည္။ လူဦးေရ သန္း၂၀၀ မွ်ရိွေသာ အီရန္ႏိုင္ငံသည္ အေနာက္ဘက္တြင္ ႏ်ဴကလီးယားလက္နက္ပိုင္ဆိုင္ေသာ အစၥေရးႏိုင္ငံ၊ ေျမာက္ဘက္ႏွင့္ အေရွ႕ဘက္တြင္ ႏ်ဴကလီးယားပိုင္ဆိုင္ၾကေသာ ႐ုရွ၊အိႏၵိယႏွင့္ ပါကစၥတန္ႏိုင္ငံက ၀န္းရံထားသည္။ တဖန္အီရတ္ႏွင့္ အာဖဂန္တို႔ရိွ၍ ၄င္းတို႔အား ႏ်ဴကလီးယားလက္နက္ပိုင္ဆိုင္သည့္ အေမရိကန္က သိမ္းပိုက္ထားသည္။ ၄င္း၏ ျပည္သူမ်ားအား ကာကြယ္ရန္ အဘယ္ေၾကာင့္ အီရန္ႏိုင္ငံက ႏ်ဴကလီးယားဒံုးပ်ံမ်ား မပိုင္ဆိုင္သင့္သနည္း။ အီရန္ႏိုင္ငံက ျပသေနျခင္းမွာ ၄င္းသည္ ၄င္း၏ျပည္သူမ်ားအား ကာကြယ္မႈေပးႏိုင္၍ တုိက္ခိုက္မႈခံရပါက လက္တံု႕ျပန္ႏိုင္ေၾကာင္းသာျဖစ္သည္။ အစၥေရးသည္ ပါလက္စတုိင္းႏွင့္ လက္ဘႏြန္တို႔အာ ဒံုးက်ည္မ်ားႏွင့္ တိုက္ခိုက္ေနျခင္းကို မည္သို႔ဆိုမည္နည္း။ အစၥေရး၏ ဒံုးက်ည္မ်ားသည္ ျခိမ္းေျခာက္မႈ မဟုတ္ပါသေလာ။ အေျခခံအားျဖင့္ အခ်ိဳ႕ေသာႏိုင္ငံမ်ားသည္ ႏ်ဴကလီးယားလက္နက္ ထိပ္ဖူးရာေပါင္းမ်ားစြာ ပိုင္ဆိုင္ခြင့္ရိွ၍ အျခားေသာ ႏိုင္ငံမ်ားသည္ ႏ်ဴကလီးယားလက္နက္ ပိုင္ဆိုင္ခြင့္မရိွ ဆိုေသာ အဆင့္တန္းႏွစ္မ်ိဳးထားရိွမႈ၊ ခြဲျခားမႈေပေလာ။ မည္သို႕ပင္ျဖစ္ေစ သမၼတဘုရွ္ႏွင့္ အနာဂတ္အစိုးရတို႔သည္ အေရွ႕အလယ္ပိုင္းတြင္ ဒီမိုကေရစီ ေအာင္ျမင္ထြန္းကားေစလိုျခင္းမွာ မည္ကဲ့သို႔ေသာ လုပ္ရပ္မ်ိဳးေပနည္း ႏ်ဴကလီးယားကင္းမဲ့ေသာ အေရွ႕အလယ္ပိုင္းေဒသ ျဖစ္ေရးအားလက္ခံရန္ႏွင့္ ႏ်ဴကလီးယားအဆင့္အတန္းတစ္မ်ိဳးတည္းထားရိွမႈကို လက္ခံရန္လိုအပ္မည္သာျဖစ္ေပသည္။ Ref: AFP
